Each item is custom made to order in our Handmade Studio. Please allow 1-2 weeks for creation. Orders larger than 10 require more time to create. Please contact customer service for larger orders.

Due to this item being created as you desire, we do not accept returns, exchanges or cancellations. Please feel free to contact me with any problems with your order.

Dolls and accessories are packaged to help protect them from the elements during shipping. You can select your desired shipping during checkout. Please be mindful shipping transporters no longer have guarantees. Due to the state of our world, sometimes there can be delays once entered into the shipping process. We are not responsible for delays once your item has entered into the shipping process. With a few prayers and sometimes a few extra days, items seem to always arrive.

Spot clean your doll and nest beds with a gentle cloth. Blankets and Hats can be machine washed on cold and air dry.
